ABOUT JENNIFER

As a second-generation, Asian-American female, I am passionate about the journey of identity formation, self-empowerment, and strength-building to understand where we come from, how key individuals have shaped the narratives of our worldviews, and how to recognize which of those beliefs are no longer serving us in our adulthood. I recognize the difficulty in managing multiple identities and the moments when it may feel like we are incapable of change. But through building self-awareness, identifying our needs, putting it into practice, trusting our inherent capacities to rehabilitate, we can heal those wounds trapped inside our bodies that show up as
anxiety, depression, and more.

Are you curious about exploring who you are? Do you want to discover your purpose? Are you tired of seeing recurring patterns in relationships? We will reflect on all of these questions and more.

  • PROCESS
